Last updated on January 1, 2022
Sport is for everyone, our mission is to bring people together in one community and around the world with sports and activities. We want to stimulate people to get out of their homes, meet up with friends they haven’t seen in a while or make new friends by playing sports and doing an activity they enjoy. Participating in sports or simply just watching sports allows many to learn vital life lessons: humility, persistence, determination, teamwork, and courage.
Topplayer1 wants to give you the best experience when you join our community, it’s a new innovative way of connecting with each other; online and in real life. We will make sport more enjoyable and accessible for everyone, it doesn’t matter if you are a professional athlete or because you want to be part of a group who share the same passion as you. Sport creates teamwork, which makes us work together and look past skin colour, gender, race, religion, flaws and imperfections because we are in it together. Sport is a language that people all over the world can speak.
Our sport community platform is also made for people with a disability. We give them the power to be in contact with each other and give them the mindset of a real Topplayer. We encourage people to play with or without disability and promote a high level of respect among players. We build this platform for everyone who love sport but also for all the members who just think it’s nice to meet new people, try new things, support and share a good time!
We want to make sure you’re getting all the things you need related to practicing any sport you like or are interested in. Sport is a concept that can be one of the most powerful forces in the world, it helps us to feel better, it improves health and well-being in general. Sport can also bring people together and help them overcome differences. It can be used as a form of education, to teach respect for one another, tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
Don’t worry about your age. You can always find a sport that allows you to try, play and compete against your neighbors and friends. If you feel that you’re too old to do sport, you don’t want to be alone, or even if you just want to go out for a little bit, Topplayer1 can give you the motivation and goals to get moving.
Together we can build a great healthy environment, especially for those who seek sports companions and want to find likeminded people. We want to inspire old and young people to play indoor sports together and enjoy the outdoor life. Our vision is letting everybody, regardless of the age or gender, join in!

You’re probably wondering, what do you mean by good vibes? That is to say that sport is a way of life. Ultimately, focus on what’s right in front of you — your body, the big picture. Every day is a new opportunity to work on your mind, body and spirit and to enjoy the journey along the way. This can be a challenge in the face of injury. The community encourages open and sincere discussions. However, all communication forms should be civil. Differences of opinion can happen off course but personal attacks are not allowed. Please be polite. Do not use swear words, rude or sexual language. Do not engage in offensive or emotional online discussions. Do not ‘troll’ other members. We may hide or delete any posts that invade this rule. Persistent offenders may be blocked or removed from our platform.

Spread positivity and motivate each other
We are here to support, motivate and learn new skills from each other. Please stimulate other members to be better, fitter and build the biggest sport community together. When the going gets tough, we all need a bit of support from people who believe in us. By encouraging someone to keep going, you can inspire them to continue taking positive steps in their life. Social media has made it easier than ever to send compliments to our friends. So, don’t hesitate to leave a nice comment if you see they’re up to something awesome. As with real life compliments, thoughtful and unique comments can really brighten someone’s day. Motivation is an important life skill. The reason it’s important is because every person on this earth is unique and has a purpose. To steward your purpose well, you have to be motivated to work towards your goals which helps your dreams become a reality.
Have confidence in yourself
Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities — not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way. Confidence isn’t about feeling superior to others. It’s a quiet inner knowledge that you’re capable of anything. Confident people: Know they can rely on their skills and strengths to handle whatever comes up. Performance accomplishments are the strongest contributor to sport confidence. When you perform any skill successfully, you will generate confidence and be willing to attempt something slightly more difficult. Being involved with the success of others can also significantly bolster your confidence, especially if you believe that the team you are involved with closely matches your own qualities or abilities. In effect, it evokes the reaction: ‘if they can do it, I can do it’.
Accept the challenge
Challenges will improve your ability to rise in any situation. This is because it increases your self-belief. When we force ourselves to do something difficult and we finish it, our self-esteem increases. When you start to say “I Can’t,” then you never will. It is important to recognize the power you have within yourself. Accepting challenges will teach us to appreciate our strength and courage. Challenging ourselves whilst seeing how we stack up against others can be an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. Ultimately, it doesn’t have to be about your performance, but about the process you go through to get to the competition and how it allows you to grow and find facets in yourself you might not have been aware of.
Set goals and achieve them
A goal is something you want to achieve. It’s a desired result that you, or a group of people, plan and commit to achieving. When it comes to the fine margins between success and failure at a sport level, it is acknowledged that psychology has a huge part to play. The mental side of sport is now seen as being just as important as the physical side. The advantage of goal setting is that it helps boost performance levels by achieving targets.
Empowering people with a disability
Sport can help reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with disability because it can transforms community attitudes about people with disabilities by highlighting their skills. Through sport, members without disabilities interact with members with disabilities in a positive context forcing them to reshape assumptions about what people with disabilities can and cannot do. Sport changes the person with disability in an equally profound way by empowering. Sport teaches individuals how to communicate effectively as well as the significance of teamwork and cooperation and respect for others. Sport is also well-suited to reducing dependence and developing greater independence by helping members with disabilities to become physically and mentally stronger.

Anger
Anger is a normal human emotion. However, a person feels angry as a result of emotional or psychological dissatisfaction, displeasure or irritation. This can happen due to various reasons like inability to achieve the targets, social criticisms, threat, frustration etc. Moreover, it is believed that anger can also be a secondary response to feeling sad, lonely and even frightened. Thus, describing anger as something ‘good’ or ‘bad’ depends on the final outcome it brings about. If anger is not controlled it can create destructive and aggressive behavior that can undermine a person’s quality of life, creating problems in maintaining interpersonal relationships in the society.
Aggressive Behavior
When you engage in aggressive behavior, you may feel irritable and restless. You may feel impulsive. You may find it hard to control your behavior. You might not know which behaviors are socially appropriate. In other cases, you might act aggressively on purpose. For example, you may use aggressive behavior to get revenge or provoke someone. You may also direct aggressive behavior towards yourself.

➵ Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
➵ Bipolar disorder
➵ Schizophrenia
➵ Conduct disorder
➵ Intermittent explosive disorder
➵ Post-traumatic stress disorder
Harassment and Bullying
Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors of an offensive nature. It is commonly understood as behavior that demeans, humiliates or embarrasses a person, and it is characteristically identified by its unlikelihood in terms of social and moral reasonableness. In the legal sense, these are behaviors that appear to be disturbing, upsetting or threatening. They evolve from discriminatory grounds, and have an effect of nullifying a person’s rights or impairing a person from benefiting from their rights. When these behaviors become repetitive, it is defined as bullying.
We do not tolerate harassment, shaming or bullying of other members. While it is not forbidden to broach topics, just a reminder to not approach in an aggressive or insulting manner, these and other sensitive topics can make others feel unwelcome or even feel unsafe. While there is always the potential for misunderstandings, we expect our members to remain respectful and civil when discussing topics.
